Hiringfor Full‑Time Night Openings
- 10:30 pm – 7:00 am
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Shift differential pay (at participating locations)

- Perform resident care responsibilities in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, consistent with company clinical policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
- Administer medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the “five rights” of medication administration.
- Administer and record all medication given to residents based upon their specific chart.
- Notify appropriate licensed staff when a resident complains of pain.
- Take and record vital signs of residents as assigned or as may be required by certain medications.
- Record the administration of medications and/or treatments appropriately, utilizing the computer system.
- Answer resident call lights, anticipate residents’ needs, and make rounds to assigned residents under the supervision of a licensed or charge nurse.
- Observe for and report any reactions and/or side effects of medications to a licensed nurse on the appropriate shift.
- Perform all aspects of resident care in an environment that optimizes safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.
- Support and maintain a culture of safety and quality.
- Administer PRN medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Report and, when appropriate, record any changes observed in condition or behavior of residents and unusual incidents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid certification as a CNA & CMA in the state of Oklahoma.
- Six months of experience in a long‑term care environment is preferred.
- Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
- Effective communication skills with residents, family members, and facility staff.
- Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Additional languages preferred.
