Pay Range: $90,000 Per Year
Job Summary:
• This role involves working in a hybrid setting in the Maywood, NJ and NYC, NY areas.
• It is a full-time position that requires expertise in business analysis and system integration, particularly with CRM and ERP technologies.
• The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement CRM and ERP solutions and ensure system integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings within CRM systems.
• Deliver reports and dashboards for various teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• BS/BA in computer science, information systems, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Proficient in CRM administration concepts and automation tools.
• Experience with data management and integrity processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
