Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 40 (typically 8‑hour shifts, 12‑hour day shift possible)
Employment Type: Travel (Contract)
Pay Range: $42.00 – $57.00 per hour (Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, location, licensure, certification, and comparison to colleagues in similar roles).

Allied Health Professional - Qualified to float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations or regions.
- Adheres to AARC guidelines for professional practice.
- Acts independently within scope of knowledge and experience.
- Accountable for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders and contributes to quality and improvement practices.
- Shows agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities.
- Embraces new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.
- Graduate of a two‑year accredited Respiratory Therapist program, registry eligible.
- Current CRT and/or RRT credential.
- Valid state license in Respiratory Care if required in the state of assignment.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills for effective communication with patients, physicians, and other health personnel.
- Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
