Overview
Responsibilities include requesting, receiving, distributing equipment & obsolescence management & stocking of general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings. Works with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, and resolve discrepancies. Maintains work and supply storage areas and equipment in a clean, up-to-date, organized and safe condition. Performs periodic PAR level replenishment duties using various resupply procedures to maintain stock levels.
Serves as a frontline Supply Chain support representative for ordering, data entry and payment activities. Assists Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.
- Requests, receives, distributes equipment and manages obsolescence and stocking of general med-surg supplies.
- Works with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintains work and supply storage areas and equipment in a clean, up-to-date, organized and safe condition.
- Performs periodic PAR level replenishment duties using various resupply procedures to maintain stock levels.
- Serves as a frontline Supply Chain support representative for ordering, data entry and payment activities.
- Assists Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.
- 70%+ time provides inventory or data support.
- 2+ years Supply Chain experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experienced with health ministries and System supply chain processes within specialty areas.
- Trains colleagues and readily assumes responsibility for extra assignments.
- Serves as a frontline Supply Chain support representative for complex orders, data entry, reporting and payment activities and initiatives.
- Includes knowledge of all duties described in Technician role.
- 70%+ time provides inventory or data support.
- Required:
High School Diploma - Preferred:
High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education - Specify Degree(s): N/A
- Required:
Less than one year of previous job-related experience - Preferred: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience

Shift: 5AM-1:30PM, Rotating Holidays
Pay Range: $16.49 - 24.44 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
