Day Shift

• Supervision of front‑line staff: supervise all front‑line, non‑exempt staff in assigned clinical locations; oversee HR functions including recruitment, orientation, training, performance management, and termination.
• Daily clinical operations: manage the day‑to‑day operations of assigned practice sites, ensuring efficient workflows and clear communication with physicians and staff.
• Financial sustainability: manage the operational budget of assigned practice sites, including revenue, expenses, and capital equipment to meet current and projected patient volume or service requirements.
• Regulatory compliance: ensure all practices and workflows adhere to required regulatory standards (TJC, IDPH, etc.).
• Patient experience: foster positive team collaboration and staff development to achieve patient quality, safety, satisfaction, and customer service excellence.
• Implementation of ongoing practice improvement initiatives: complete all QI audits, ensure staff participation in quality improvement activities, and promote Lean initiatives within areas of responsibility.

• Bachelor’s degree;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Current RN License in the State of Illinois.
• 2 years of healthcare job‑related experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Experience working within a clinical environment required.
• Prior experience working within the outpatient setting and in an academic medical center preferred.
• Prior people‑management experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Illinois State Driver's License.

Pay range: $84,156 – $134,659. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, licensure, and other factors.
