• Float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple hospital locations/regions.
• Apply the standard elements of professional practice: assessment, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Act independently and appropriately within the scope of licensure, knowledge, and experience in the assigned practice area.
• Retain accountability for delegation, decision making, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement initiatives.
• Display agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities.
• Embrace new ideas, cultural differences, and manage competing priorities.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid RN licensure in the state(s) of employment.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience in Med Surg, Telemetry, or PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in other specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health.
• Required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC) per specialty area.
