Maintenance Planner; Maximo

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Maysville, KY area, for a Maintenance Job Planner (Maximo). The Maintenance Job Planner will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with maintenance requirements. Daily tasks will include developing and managing maintenance plans, coordinating with maintenance teams, preparing work orders, and maintaining accurate records in the Maximo system.

The role requires collaboration with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.

• Proficiency in Maintenance Planning and Maintenance Management
• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Planning
• Strong Supervisory Skills within a maintenance context
• Familiarity with Maximo or similar Maintenance Management Systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field is a plus
• Experience in asset-intensive industries is beneficial
