Description MAJOR JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Notify hatchery management of any machine issue that could affect chick quality.
Work on Wednesday clean days. Repair farm buggies.
Production RequirementsAny other job duties as requested by Hatchery Management.
Fill in for Hatchery Jobs during absences.
General Tasks assigned by Management when there are not absences.
Quality RequirementsMake certain all GMP's are followed at all times as they relate to safety and Animal Welfare.
Safety RequirementsAlways use correct PPE for individual job tasks.
Hearing protection must be worn during chick processing.
Fall protection must be used in the event work is over 4' from ground level.
Working ConditionsMostly indoor working conditions with temperatures between 64-100.
Outside working conditions will vary according to the weather conditions.
Required to lift up to 50 lbs.
