Right now, we’re on the lookout for full and part‑time Lead Educators to join our wonderful Wulguru team in our nursery and pre‑kinder rooms. What You’ll Be Doing:- Creating meaningful learning experiences and nurturing environments that support our little legends to grow and shine.
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and your teammates. Leading a fun, collaborative team that values creativity, laughter, and lifelong learning.
- Bringing the EYLF and NQF to life in ways that are thoughtful, engaging, and tailored to each child’s journey.
- Growing with us through ongoing professional development, team events, and support that makes you feel like family.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum 1 year experience as a Room Leader/Lead Educator in an ECEC setting preferred but not essential)
- A warm, reliable, and team‑focused attitude with a genuine love for children and education.
- A valid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain), First Aid, and training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety.
- A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and best practices in early education.
- Availability Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm.
