• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum 1 year experience as a Room Leader/Lead Educator in an ECEC setting preferred but not essential)
• A warm, reliable, and team‑focused attitude with a genuine love for children and education.
• A valid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain), First Aid, and training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety.
• A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and best practices in early education.
• Availability Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm.
