As our Second Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll work alongside our ECT and leadership team to support the delivery of high-quality, play-based learning programs that reflect the EYLF and NQF. You’ll be actively involved in planning, observing and extending children’s learning, while building strong, respectful relationships with children, families and your colleagues. This role is ideal for an educator who is continuing their ECT journey and is looking for the opportunity to grow, collaborate and make a meaningful impact in a supportive, home-like environment.
AboutYou!
- You hold at least a Diploma qualification and are working towards your Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent), and you’re excited about continuing your professional journey.
- You bring a caring, confident approach to your practice, with a growing understanding of the EYLF, NQF and Child Safe Standards, and a genuine commitment to quality early learning.
- You understand how children learn and develop, and enjoy using thoughtful, intentional teaching practices that support each child as an individual.
- You value open, respectful communication and enjoy building meaningful relationships with children, families and your team.
- You take pride in creating warm, engaging learning environments where children feel safe, supported and curious to explore.
- You’re passionate about helping children develop a love of learning, and you find joy in supporting them through their early years.
