• Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Models and supports clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staff
• Follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
• Accurately assembles prep items according to Chick-fil-A guidelines and job aids
• Accurately measures items for portioning
• Uses machinery and sharp objects safely
  
  Ensures all products are kept at a food safe temperature
• Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
• Assists on shift when needed
• Troubleshoots minor guest issues
• Maintains a clean and pleasant environment

Pay:
Up to $15.00 per hour

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
