Join a dynamic healthcare team in Mayfield Heights, Ohio (Cleveland area) as a Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse. This 13-week travel nursing contract offers night shift (3x12) experience in a supportive hospital environment, caring for diverse patient populations and advancing your telemetry nursing career.

• Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio (44124) — part of the greater Cleveland nursing market
• Position: Med/Surg Telemetry RN / Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (Travel Nurse)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (March 30, 2026 – June 29, 2026)
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19:00 – 07:00)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2020–$2130 per week
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse / Travel Contract (Ohio travel nursing)

• Minimum 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required (cardiac telemetry and patient monitoring experience preferred)
• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio or Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• AHA BLS & ACLS certifications (active, no pending)
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Tele specialty
• COVID-19 and seasonal flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate during orientation (maximum 2 attempts)
• Background check and onsite fingerprinting required prior to start

• Provide high-quality nursing care on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit as a Telemetry RN
• Monitor and accurately interpret cardiac rhythms (ECG/telemetry), respond to arrhythmias and changes in patient condition
• Perform patient assessments, implement care plans, and document interventions and outcomes in the EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, CNAs, respiratory therapy, case management) to ensure safe, patient-centered care
• Administer medications safely and follow hospital medication policies (safe Medicate)
• Participate in orientation, competency validation, and ongoing education modules
• Work at least every other holiday as required by the travel contract
