• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shifts: 3 x 12-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:30)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2020 - $2130 per week

• Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent experience in Cardiac Stepdown, Telemetry, or a closely related specialty
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (permanent or compact)
• One supervisory reference (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) in the specialty required
• Current COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments during orientation
• Must complete BCI/FBI background checks within 48 hours of contract signing
• All required certifications must be active at time of submission (follow facility policy)
• At least 1 year of nursing experience required

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to cardiac stepdown and telemetry patients
• Continuously monitor and assess cardiac patients, recognize telemetry changes, and respond to clinical deterioration
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed and ensure safe medication practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health, procedures, discharge planning, and recovery expectations
• Participate in orientation, competency assessments, training modules, and ongoing professional development
