ICU RN Travel Assignment in Mayfield Heights, OH – 13-week critical care role requiring ACLS/BLS and 18+ months ICU experience.

• Assignment Type: Travel Nurse / Travel RN
• Unit: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Critical Care RN role
• Start Date: March 30, 2026
• End Date: June 29, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (07:00 – 19:00)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,570 - $1,650 per week

• Minimum of 18 months recent ICU experience required (critical care nursing)
• Active Ohio RN license or active compact state license in hand (ICU RN credential)
• Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and Safe Medicate assessment during orientation (2 attempts maximum)
• One supervisory reference (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) in ICU specialty required
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Background check and fingerprinting required prior to start

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced clinical procedures as needed (ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring)
• Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery processes, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Participate in orientation, ongoing training, competency assessments, and unit-specific requirements

• Supportive travel nursing assignment with orientation and ongoing training specific to the ICU
