- Active Ohio RN License (or Compact – accepted for 2023+ starts)
- AHA BLS & ACLS – Active
- NIHSS – Required
- One manager/supervisor reference (must be supervisory level)
Assessments During Orientation ECG Rhythm Recognition Test Safe Medicate Exam
