• Shift: Night, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19:00 - 07:30)

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,570 - $1,650

• Minimum 18 months recent, permanent ICU RN experience required (critical care nursing experience)
• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio (compact or permanent)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (active, no pending)
• One supervisory reference required (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) from ICU
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments during orientation
• Negative 10-panel drug screen required

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU (critical care nursing)
• Continuously monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams (physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacists) to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications safely, manage IV therapies, and operate/maintain critical care equipment
• Perform bedside assessments, hemodynamic monitoring, and escalation of care as indicated
• Provide patient and family education on care plans, procedures, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate, timely charting and comply with hospital policies, infection control, safety, and quality standards
