• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty you are applying for
• Active Ohio state license or compact license (compact accepted for this start date)
• One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in your specialty
• All required certifications must be active and current
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Negative drug screen within 12 months of start date
• Ability to complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing
• Clear background check with no open cases
• Clean license history
