Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Must have at least 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience

Licensure

• Must have an active permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand

Certifications

• AHA BLS and ACLS required

Assessments & Orientation

• PBDS assessment waived
• ECG rhythm recognition test and Safe Medicate will be completed during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is required.

Holiday Requirement

• Traveler must work at least every other holiday
