Supervisor, Patient Dining

Overview

We have several openings for a full-time SUPERVISOR, PATIENT DINING (DIETARY AIDE) position.

Cleveland Clinic - Hillcrest, 6780 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124.

Full-Time;
Morning or Evening shifts and every other weekend. Some holidays. Open availability from 5am-9pm preferred.

• Supervisor experience required. Patient dining, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage goals and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
