Compensation
: $55,000 – $75,000

Position OverviewThe Client Service Associate will play a key role in supporting our Senior Financial Planners and ensuring a seamless client experience. This is a full‑time, client‑facing role that requires a combination of administrative and customer service skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Primary Responsibilities- Client Interaction:
Friendly, professional correspondence by phone, email, and written communication; informing when transactions and actions have been completed, supporting usage and maintenance of client portal, and scheduling meetings. - Advisor Support:
Handle advisor needs proactively; providing support for meeting preparation and follow‑up. - Account Setup and Updates:
Collect and prepare client information for new accounts and account changes. Experience with Charles Schwab is a plus. - Document Preparation:
Identify and locate correct forms, prepare paperwork, and communicate with clients in order to send and receive information and acquire signatures. - Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Update client information and utilize workflows and templates. - Money Movement:
Monitor money movement status and set up actions, such as Electronic Funds Transfer lines, automated plans, and wires. - Alert and Process Monitoring:
Review alerts, follow up on required actions, and interact with various departments at Charles Schwab and other financial institutions. - Electronic File Maintenance:
File client statements, correspondence, and agreements. - Miscellaneous:
Other duties, as needed and determined as the firm continues to grow. - Minimum of three years of client service experience in the financial services industry.
- Positive, can‑do, team‑focused attitude, and professional communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and work with more than one advisor.
- Strong computer proficiencies and ability to adopt innovative technology.
- Prior experience working with customer relationship management software.
- Possess strong ethics with dedication to maintain high levels of confidentiality with client and firm information.
- Comfortable working in a team‑based environment and individually.
- Openness to feedback and coaching.
- SEC Compliance:
Supporting firm’s Chief Compliance Officer working in conjunction with an RIA compliance provider. - Client Events:
Organizing client events, both in person and virtually. - Social Media:
Posting on firm social media platforms.
