Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department

TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN in the Emergency Department (ED) for a 13‑week assignment in Mauston, Wisconsin.

We are looking for Emergency Room RNs for an immediate opening in Mauston, WI. The right RN should have 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.

• Appropriately evaluate, triage and implement care following physician instructions.
• Perform minor medical operations, advise patients and families on illnesses or injuries, and plan long‑term care needs.
• Document medical history, check for allergies, obtain vital signs, and monitor patients' physical and emotional well‑being.
• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
• Good stress‑coping skills and ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.

Note:

Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation); tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
