A leading packaging company in Maumelle, Arkansas is seeking an Extrusion Operator to handle job setups on the extruder, including changing die sets and performing maintenance tasks. This role requires physical stamina due to lifting and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and is a self-motivated problem solver who can work independently. This position has a 3rd shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with training on the 1st shift for up to one week.
