In this role, you will:

  • Operate and supply raw materials to the machine.
  • Be accountable for safety, quality, environmental, and productivity objectives.
  • Be accountable for total productive maintenance support including equipment reliability, planned downs, and lubrication tasks.
  • Be accountable for continued individual development of skills including opportunities for special assignments, maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, and advanced technical tasks.
  • Work within a high‑performance team contributing to the improvement of team culture and effectiveness.
  • Use LEAN principles in a team environment.

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
  • 1+ years of continuous work experience.
  • Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
  • Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12‑hour shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
  • Can pass a pre‑employment assessment and a pre‑employment drug + background screening.
  • Can pass post‑offer / pre‑hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
  • Position requires regular physical effort including pushing, pulling, lifting bending, and climbing steps as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous or current experience in a fast‑paced, team‑based work environment (manufacturing and/or industrial).
  • Demonstrated mechanical ability, including troubleshooting, problem identification, and resolution.
  • Demonstrated performance in safety, quality, and attendance with previous employments.
  • 3+ years of work experience.
