Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager, based in Maumelle, AR. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and efficient operations. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing budgets, supervising construction teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves engaging with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
- Experience in budgeting and financial oversight related to construction projects
- Knowledge of compliance and safety standards in the construction industry
Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams effectively - Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines
- Prior experience in commercial construction or general contracting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
