This is a full-time, on-site role for an OTP (Other Tobacco Products) Category Manager located in Maumee, OH. The OTP Category Manager will oversee category management, including monitoring product performance, analyzing market trends, managing inventory, and developing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Responsibilities also include negotiating supplier agreements, planning promotions, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring that product offerings align with customer needs while adhering to industry regulations and company policies.

• Strong understanding of category management, vendor negotiations, and inventory management
• Experience in sales analysis, market research, and data-driven decision-making
• Solid skills in strategy development and planning promotional activities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in industry-relevant software and tools, with strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team-oriented environment and independently when required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with retail or convenience store product categories is advantageous
