The Elizabeth Scott Community is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team! We are a 5-star facility as rated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

This is a skilled nursing leadership position. A dedicated RN will assist with the hands‑on leadership of a 60‑bed skilled nursing/rehab facility. In this role, you must have restorative nursing experience and strong clinical and leadership skills.
