Arrowhead Behavioral Health is a 48-bed psychiatric hospital located in Maumee, Ohio. We serve adult patients 18 years of age and older who need mental health and chemical dependency services. Inpatient offerings include treatment for drug and alcohol withdrawal management and stabilization as well as mental health crisis management. Outpatient services extend the continuum of care to include partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs to help patients develop coping mechanisms for lifelong sobriety through programs such as Relapse Prevention and a Medication Administration Program.

• The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of quality nursing care for assigned patients on the inpatient units.
• Ensure patient safety and treatment in accordance with best practices and licensing standards (state, federal, and accreditation bodies).
• Complete duties include admissions, discharges, crisis intervention, restraint and/or seclusion, code responses, medication management, and group facilitation; other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or BSN with an Ohio RN License.
• Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. (Full Time: 36 hours/week).
• Shift Differential: $4/hour (Mon-Fri) and $5/hour (Sat-Sun).
• Previous experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility preferred, but training is provided for the right candidate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; diplomacy and discretion; strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects; professional demeanor and appearance.
