Position OverviewFull‑time Maintenance/Electrical Technician based in Maumee, Ohio. Hours are typically the 3rd Shift: Sunday‑Thursday, 10 PM‑6 AM.

- Perform simple to complex duties to install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
- Assist with emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform scheduled maintenance during machine service.
- Perform electrical duties, including PLCs, reading electrical drawings and schematics, working with 120 V, 220 V, 480 V and 13.8 kV circuits, troubleshooting starters, relays, switches, proximity circuits, VFDs, contractors, and I/O circuits.
- Perform mechanical tasks, including pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service.
- Perform simple machinist duties.
- Execute simple to complex fabrication projects involving welding components.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Perform plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
- Operate scissor lifts, baskets, and booms for aerial tasks.
- Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
- Detect faulty operations and defective material, and report issues to supervision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
- Stop production if unsafe parts or conditions appear.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre‑employment screening (background check and drug test).
- Ability to work overtime (daily, weekends and holidays).
- Experience in industrial maintenance.
- 5+ years of progressive industrial experience in electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and industrial skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Punctuality and support for production startup.
- Good physical stamina and coordination.
- Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Teamwork, communication, basic math skills, and physical dexterity.
- Valid driver’s license.
