Flexible Packaging Packer/Stacker
- 1st shift Packer/Stacker – attached is the job description
- Hours:
Tuesday-Friday 4:55am-3:05pm - Pay: $18.45/hour
- Start Friday 02/27/26 upon approval, would like to review resumes

The Flexible Packaging Packer/Stacker will report directly to the Hamilton Flexible Packaging Manager and will be responsible for safely and efficiently packaging product off the equipment.
Essential Functions:
- Set up packing area and pack products off the pouch lines in relation to customer requirements.
- Check Quality at set-up and during manufacturing process. Assure quality checks, tests, and procedures are carried out as required during the production runs.
- Read job tickets for information related to the packaging of the production order. Must have the ability to understand the job specifications to ensure the finished pouches meet the required dimensions from customer approved template.
- Identify defects found in the material and communicate with the operator to make necessary corrections.
- Ensure equipment is running with all safety equipment operational in a safe condition.
- Must follow and adhere to outlined GMP procedures in relation to direct food contact packaging.
- Perform other duties as assigned in the Flexible Packaging Cell or other Departments.
- Identify and adjust the equipment as needed for out of spec products.
- Obtain the ability to assist in other Flexible Packaging equipment and perform quality checks for the equipment.
- Spec packaging components prior to production.
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Previous Pouch Converting industry experience is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
- Must be able to perform well under deadline constraints.
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent, quality driven work habits.
- Must be able to lift cases of product up to 35lbs.
- Must be a team player and work well with others.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Knowledge of measuring tools.
- Must be willing to cross train within entire facility.
