We are looking for the energetic, dynamic Master’s level social worker.

The Therapist counsels individuals and facilitates groups regarding psychological or emotional problems such as stress, substance abuse, or family situations and develops and implements therapeutic treatment plans in a medical setting. Works with the patient and family to create a discharge plan. Uses therapeutic interventions to assist the patient in crisis situations. Participates in the multidisciplinary treatment team to discuss patient care, treatment plan goals and discharge planning.

• Work with patients and families to create discharge plans.

• Participate in the multidisciplinary treatment team to discuss patient care, treatment plan goals and discharge planning.

• Education:
  
  MSW (Master in Social Work)
• Professional License: LSW or LISW
• While previous experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility is preferred, we are willing to train a new graduate excited to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; diplomacy and discretion; excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects; professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to work productively and independently; follow security and confidentiality guidelines and Arrowhead policies.
