This is a full‑time, on‑site Customer Service Representative role based in Maumee, OH. The role involves assisting customers with their financial service needs, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized banking solutions. Responsibilities include processing transactions, identifying opportunities to promote relevant banking products, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer experiences to strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications- Experience in customer service, communication, and relationship management
- Basic financial literacy and ability to assist with banking transactions and solutions
- Problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to address and resolve customer inquiries
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and office software
- Ability to work in a team‑oriented and customer‑focused environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance or customer service is a plus
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is advantageous but not required
