. This role focuses on proactively minimizing our clients’ future tax liabilities through meticulous planning and ongoing monitoring.

• Analyze clients’ tax liability and prepare projections.
• Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Develop and deliver presentations to clients and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain a client base, marketing and selling appropriate tax plans.
• Attend meetings and continuing education sessions.
• Collaborate with a team of financial professionals to provide holistic services.
• Comply with all industry rules and regulations.
• Represent clients before the IRS and state revenue departments.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong professional and personal accountability.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1‑year relevant experience preparing tax returns for individuals.
• Enrolled Agent or Certified Public Accountant license preferred.
• Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, self‑starter with strong leadership qualities.
• Experience with CCH Axcess (preferred).
