JOB DESCRIPTION:

- To provide effective instruction for the students assigned to him/her.
- To regularly monitor student progress and provide intervention (remedial and/or enrichment) as needed.
- To communicate effectively with parents.
- To establish a positive rapport with students to motivate and encourage their best efforts.
- To function as a contributing member of the academic team.
Salary and fringe benefits are based on the collective bargaining agreement.
