CTE Workforce Readiness Coordinator

• Support daily operations of the Career Technical Education (CTE) program
• Assist with recruitment and retention of students in the CTE program
• Ensure program compliance at school and state levels, including tracking work‑based learning and post‑program placement data
• Develop and facilitate career skill development workshops and work‑based learning simulations
• Identify job placements for CTE pathway students and assist with student input for assessments and competitions

• Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years of CTE experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to education
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems
• Ability to travel 20% of the time and clear required background checks

• Experience as an online/virtual educator
• Prior experience specifically in Career Technical Education (CTE)
