Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a licensed Architectural Project Manager to join our Science, Technology, & Industry team in Toledo, OH! In this role, you’ll collaborate with a talented team of architects to deliver

- Lead, oversee, supervise, and coordinate architectural project activities.
- Serve as the Project Architect and AOR on most projects; a separate project architect may be assigned for larger or more complex projects.
- Ensure the success of the projects under their management.
- Act as the primary design liaison to the client and oversee construction documents.
- Assign tasks to and oversee the رکھ design/production staff.
- Work with and collaborate with other CED offices.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in architecture or equivalent work experience as required to maintain licensed architect status.
- 8+ years of experience as a licensed architect in Michigan and/or NCARB certification is required.
- 5+ years of experience with science, technology, and industry architectural projects is required (e.g., industrial, labs, manufacturing, distribution centers).
- Previous use and understanding of AutoCAD and Revit design software with the ability to produce preliminary and schematic designs in AutoCAD at a minimum;
Revit is highly desired. - Strong business acumen, technical knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to build rapport with the project team and client.
- Client‑facing with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to mentor team members on technical and professional skills.
- Previous business development and project management experience preferred.
- Willing to travel occasionally to client sites and meetings.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English for job‑related communications.
