Lead Infant & Toddler Teacher (Full-Time)
📍 Maumee, Ohio 💰 $13–$21/hour (based on experience, education, and responsibilities)
Imaginative Beginnings-Maumee is seeking a full-time Lead Infant & Toddler Teacher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about early childhood, values play-based learning, and wants a stable, consistent schedule in a supportive center environment.
Most positions follow a typical daytime schedule (ex: 8:00am–5:00pm) within our center hours of 5:30am–5:30pm.

As a Lead Teacher, you will:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers
- Create and carry out lesson plans aligned with center philosophy and state standards
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Observe and document children’s growth and development
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families
- Communicate daily with parents regarding children’s needs and progress
- Maintain required classroom records (attendance, lesson plans, daily reports)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure program quality and consistency
Required:
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete required trainings (CPR, First Aid, AED, Child Abuse Prevention)
- Previous experience in a childcare or early childhood setting
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- Experience working with infants and/or toddlers
- Strong organizational and communication skills

💪 Physical Requirements- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs
