Purchasing​/Procurement Professional Associate

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Professional to support complex IT sourcing initiatives and strategic supplier relationships. This role will lead end-to-end procurement activities for major technology projects, including supplier selection, contract negotiations, and procurement strategy.

Pay: $50.00- $57.69 per hour DOE

• Lead end-to-end procurement for complex IT initiatives including RFx development, bid evaluation, supplier selection, and contract awards

• Negotiate large-scale software, hardware, and engineering tool agreements

• Partner with technical teams to align sourcing strategies with technology roadmaps

• Manage supplier relationships and contract renewals to drive performance and value

• Conduct spend analysis and identify cost-optimization opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful procurement outcomes

• Minimum 5+ years of IT procurement and contract management experience

• Experience managing complex procurements and RFx processes

• Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing and agreements

• Proven success negotiating large-scale software and hardware contracts

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
