What You Will Do:
Assist in the development of Project Functional Technical Specifications and testing documentation Develop HMI software applications Develop and implement PLC software programs Interface with PLC control systems, SQL Server databases, and other data sources Design control panels to support automation systems Assist with startup and commissioning of automation systems Collaborate with engineering and production teams to define control system requirements Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with project specifications Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing PLC and HMI systems Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations What You Need:
Education and Experience:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, preferred OR Equivalent combination of education and relevant hands-on experience Minimum of 3-5 years of PLC and HMI programming experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Technical
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of industrial automation and control systems Proficiency in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram
Experience with PLC and HMI platforms such as Allen-Bradley and Automation Direct Experience interfacing PLC systems with SQL Server databases Ability to design and interpret electrical schematics Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Professional Attributes:
