As our Med Surg RN, you’ll be responsible for comprehensive patient care for adults across a range of med-surg conditions. Core responsibilities include initial assessment and ongoing monitoring, accurate medication administration, IV management, wound and infection control, telemetry and rhythm observation as needed, turning orders into care plans, and timely patient and family education for discharge readiness. You’ll collaborate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff to develop and implement individualized care plans, document meticulously in electronic health records, and advocate for patient safety at every turn.

Compensation features include a competitive weekly pay range of $2,095-$2,224, guaranteed hours of 36.0 per week, and the potential for a sign-on or completion bonus where applicable. Housing assistance is provided, and there may be extension opportunities if you enjoy the assignment and the facility’s needs align with your long-term goals. You’ll receive comprehensive support from start to finish, including 24/7 assistance while you travel with the company, ensuring you always have a dependable partner on your schedule, housing, and clinical questions.
