Marketing Associate

Location: Wheaton, IL (Chicago Area) – In Office

Bullpen is partnering with a growing real estate investment and asset management firm to hire a Marketing Associate to support investor communications and capital raising initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with strong graphic design and presentation development skills to play a key role producing investor-facing materials and marketing collateral used to communicate with both existing and prospective investors.

The position will work closely with senior leadership and the capital markets team to support fundraising initiatives and investor communications.

• Develop and update investor marketing materials including pitch decks, fact sheets, and quarterly reports
• Design visually compelling presentations and marketing collateral for fundraising initiatives
• Support investor communications distributed through the firm’s investor portal and CRM systems
• Assist with the development of marketing materials used to engage prospective investors
• Maintain consistent branding across marketing documents and presentations
• Coordinate materials for investor meetings and occasional investor events
• Collaborate with leadership and the capital raising team to execute marketing initiatives

• 2–5 years of marketing experience
• Strong graphic design skills, particularly with Adobe InDesign and Power Point
• Experience creating investor presentations, pitch decks, or marketing collateral
• Real estate, finance, or brokerage industry experience strongly preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
