Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr

• Oversee daily plant operations ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain WCM practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in plant management, with a focus on WCM.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
