As a Project Manager, you will be managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, while effectively communicating with stakeholders and managing resources.

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and tasks are completed efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to achieve project goals.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure the project is completed within the approved budget.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Collaborate with teams to leverage collective expertise to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Work on high-visibility initiatives that allow you to showcase your skills and expertise to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

• At least 5 years of project management experience and bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn Oracle ERP Systems.
