A major rural retail company located in Mattoon, IL is seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence. In this critical role, you will develop and lead a newly established Business Intelligence function, driving best practices in governance and usability for enterprise-wide reporting. You will play an instrumental role in implementing a BI platform and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence and a strong capability to communicate insights clearly across teams.

The salary ranges from $115,000 to $140,000, accompanied by a bonus eligibility.
