Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in the Greater Chicago Area for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Core responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers to understand needs, developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The role also involves conducting training sessions for new hires and participating in talent development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Hiring and Recruiting, with the ability to source and attract top talent.
• Strong Interviewing and Communication skills to effectively assess candidates and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience in Training and onboarding new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
• Background in human resources or a related field is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree as an advantage.
