Caregiver / Direct Support Person (DSP) - MATTOON, IL

Starting at $18.75/hour

Part‑time and full‑time openings available for 2nd shift (afternoon/evening) and 3rd shift (overnight) on weekdays and weekends.

• Network of support – trainers, nurses, supervisors and co‑workers

$18.75 per hour

• DSP training is provided and paid; after training you become a certified DD Aide and are added to the Health Care Worker Registry (HCWR)

• DSP or CNA experience beneficial, but not required
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required
• Entry‑level position; training provided and paid

• High‑school completion or equivalency (high school diploma, signed transcript with graduation date or G.E.D.)
• Successfully complete and pass background check
• Weekend/holiday availability may be required

• Companionship and caregiving
• Housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assistance with medication
• Assistance with personal care, including bathing, toileting, and grooming
• Ability to stay alert and responsive at all times
