Senior Finance Consultant

This contract position is on-site in the South Suburbs of Chicagoland. It is estimated this will be a short-term project to help the current CFO with process optimization and automation of reporting within Crystal Reports and Sage.

• Short-term project-based role focused on Crystal Reports development and process optimization within a Sage environment.
• The goal is to bring in an experienced professional to optimize and automate financial reporting processes, specifically income statements and potentially other financial reports.
• The project is not expected to be long-term (likely around a week or two, possibly a bit longer depending on findings).

• Strong experience with Crystal Reports
  , particularly in a Sage (accounting/ERP) environment.
• Ability to optimize and automate financial reporting processes (income statement, statement of cash flows, balance sheet).
• Experience with financial data manipulation, including budget vs. actual reporting and percent of total sales calculations.
• Comfortable working on-site and collaborating directly with the client to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ability to set up budgets within Sage and troubleshoot existing report formatting issues.
• Prior experience as a controller, CFO, or similar finance leadership role using Crystal Reports.
