Your objective is to ensure these "3 Promises" are fulfilled for every learner in your assigned cohort and to equip our Guides to replicate this success.

You will combine advanced coaching expertise with dynamic facilitation skills, converting workshops, data‑informed motivational sessions, and precise feedback into powerful developmental experiences. If you have broken performance benchmarks, transformed struggling performers into high achievers, or consistently raised the bar beyond "acceptable," we invite you to join us in building excellence.

  • Designing Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
  • Delivering consistent, actionable coaching to Guides to maximize student participation and outcomes
  • Serving as direct mentor to a small student cohort, demonstrating expert‑level coaching and motivational techniques
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Developing lesson plans – your Guides support student learning via adaptive applications; your priority is training them to become outstanding motivators
  • Compromising on expectations – when our success benchmark is 100%, your role is to uphold that standard
  • Running uninspiring professional development – you'll train Guides through dynamic, high‑impact, experiential learning sessions
