As a Digital Paid Search Specialist you will be the supporting the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who enjoys data, testing, and continuous improvement. The Paid Search Associate works closely with the Paid Search Manager and Search Director to drive qualified traffic and support revenue growth.

• Assist with the setup, launch, and ongoing management of paid search campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and assist with campaign structure and targeting.
• Write and test ad copy in collaboration with creative and SEO teams.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support budget pacing and spend tracking.
• Prepare routine performance reports and dashboards.
• Stay current on paid search trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of digital marketing or paid search experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication

• Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
• Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.
• Able to navigate and access all facilities.
• Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.
• Close vision for computer-related tasks.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.95 per hour and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
