Physician​/Otolaryngology​/Illinois​/ENT south of Champaign, IL

Highlights:

• Full-time, hospital-employed position with a progressive and financially secure health system
• ENT Group includes three Physicians and two APPs
• One physician specializes in laryngology. This specialty is always in high patient demand, and the position has historically earned well over the median for efficient physicians
• 1:4 call
• ENT Clinic is located on the hospital campus with convenient access to the surgery center
• This is a general ENT position with access to advanced equipment such as Acclarent's Tru Di Navigation System

Compensation/Benefits:

• $625k + bonus based on RVU production
• $75k sign-on bonus
• $60k total retention bonus (paid $20k at the end of years 1, 2 &
  3)
• Quality bonus (eligible upon earning base salary)
• 33 days of time off
• 5 days + $6k CME annually
