Not-for-profit regional hospital serving a ten-county region is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to their well-established clinic south of Champaign, IL. Highlights:
Full-time, hospital-employed position with a progressive and financially secure health system ENT Group includes three Physicians and two APPs One physician specializes in laryngology. This specialty is always in high patient demand, and the position has historically earned well over the median for efficient physicians 1:4 call ENT Clinic is located on the hospital campus with convenient access to the surgery center This is a general ENT position with access to advanced equipment such as Acclarent's Tru Di Navigation System Join a strong team of employed physicians who offer a direct source for referrals and specialties

Compensation/Benefits:

$625k + bonus based on RVU production $75k sign-on bonus $60k total retention bonus (paid $20k at the end of years 1, 2 &
